If our customers aren’t happy, then we’re not happy! To make sure our customers always have a positive Luxe Decal Designs experience, we’ve designed a generous, fair and transparent store policy. RETURNS

No returns allowed on any items. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, feel free to contact us at luxedecaldesigns@gmail.com to discuss a possible replacement approval on your item. We reserve the right to deny replacements to sender without prior replacement approval. Must contact us within 30 days of when item was delivered to you.

RESALE

Our products are not authorized for resale. Any attempt to return an item purchased through a third party will render our return policy void.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Custom products at Luxe Decal Designs are hand-crafted according to your color and size choices. We will ship your order out within 3-5 business days. If you place your order after 3:00pm PST, it will count as being placed on the following day.


SHIPPING DETAILS

Upon your purchase, you will receive an email at the address you provided confirming your order. After we have shipped your order, you will receive a second email with shipping information.
